• Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
• Other Locations: 5–8 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.

TraiiCart reserves the right to disable COD for certain products, locations, or customers based on operational requirements.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. TraiiCart is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
